The program is to train and mentor a fresh graduate to enter a new career with Goertek. It is a directional management trainee program which will provide a best fit between the company and candidates.
You will have an in-depth induction, on-the-job & professional skills training and supportive mentoring by participating in multiple projects lead by corporate executives. You will also have the chance to participate in our overseas rotation program, and may become an expatriate in the long run. As the potential managerial candidate, you would have the chance to be trained and get familiar with the company’s operation within a short period of time.
