During the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2026, Goertek partnered with SGS, a world-renowned testing, inspection, and certification organization, along with other industry leaders, to jointly release the "White Paper on Wearable Product Wearability and Comfort Assessment." This initiative establishes a new, quantifiable benchmark for comfort evaluation within the industry.

The white paper leverages extensive ergonomic databases and computer simulation technologies to build a scientific bridge between physical product parameters and subjective user experience. The "Human Sensitivity Threshold Atlas," is a tool that allows for precise prediction of a product's fit for users of different body types. This digital assessment capability enables informed decision-making prior to mass production. Furthermore, it constructs a comprehensive testing framework covering static, micro-motion, and dynamic scenarios, forming a closed-loop validation through subjective user testing.

Currently, SGS and Goertek have launched a "Wearability and Comfort Certification Service" for multiple product categories, including earphones and smart glasses. They have already issued certification certificates to wearable products from several companies. The release of this white paper represents the standardization and broader industry promotion of this mature certification system. It not only provides consumers with a scientific reference for purchase decisions and establishes a unified evaluation standard for the supply chain.

In an era where user experience is paramount, this assessment framework sets a new competitive benchmark for the industry. The objective is to catalyze the advancement of the sector towards a higher-quality, human-centric development phase.
